Insight Perm Neutralizer

Neutralizer for Perming system. Product to be used in synergy with Insight's INtech Perm 1A and 1B, has been nickel tested, Certified VEGAN OK.

How To Use

• Shake before use.
• After using Perm 1A or 1B, towel dry thoroughly and apply the Neutralizer product, leaving it in for no more than 10 minutes. Unroll the rollers without pulling the hair and reapply the neutralizing product, leaving it in for a few minutes.
• Rinse thoroughly with water only.
• If necessary, apply a small amount of conditioner, leaving it in for a few minutes, then rinse.
• Dry.
• Wait 48 hours after treatment before washing hair.
