We ship to Australia only.
Please note that while we try our best to deliver to all parts of Australia, if your location falls outside of the delivery zones of our delivery partners, we may be unable to deliver to you. If this happens you will receive a full refund and an email notifying you of this.
We offer standard postage, and shipping costs will vary depending on the weight of products ordered. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated upon checkout.
Orders up to 1kg: $10.95
Orders of 1-3kg: $12.95
Orders of 3-10kg: $15.95
Orders of 10-20kg: $19.95
Please note that oversized* items will have a different shipping cost.

Delivery Information
All orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. There may be delays to dispatch due to public holidays.
Our delivery providers deliver Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. All orders are supplied with a tracking number, which can be found via the email sent once the order has been dispatched.
All parcels will be sent with 'Authority to leave in a safe place' unless specified otherwise. If you have any issues with your parcel, please check your tracking number on the tracking page of our delivery partner and contact them with any concerns, whether that be filing that the delivery is past the eta, or you never received it etc. If they cannot help you, please feel free to contact us at that time.
Please note that aerosol items are legally prohibited from being delivered to PO Boxes and as such, the regulations on aerosol/spray items may mean we cannot send the item to you.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
There are no returns or exchanges with any purchases. However, if a product is faulty/damaged or an incorrect item was received, please reply to the dispatch email with an image of the item and any other related information.
Refunds
If for any reason we have provided you with a refund (such as the product is out of stock), you should expect to receive the refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
